螺栓连接建模及其有效性验证研究

【摘要】 针对螺栓连接结构建模问题,将螺纹结构分为螺纹区、螺柱区、过渡区分别进行建模,划分出规整的、高质量的六面体网格,最终得到精确的螺栓连接有限元模型。采用Yamamoto方法和Sopwith方法分别计算螺母螺纹中各扣螺纹截面上轴力系数的解析值,并和仿真分析得到的各扣螺纹截面上的轴力系数模拟值做比较,得到了解析值与模拟值几乎一致的结论,验证了螺栓连接模型的有效性,对螺栓连接建模及螺栓连接仿真相关研究具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 For the modeling problem of bolted joint structure, the thread structure is divided into threaded zone, stud zone and transition zone, which are respectively modeled, and a regular, high-quality hexahedral mesh is divided, and finally a precise bolted finite element model is obtained. The Yamamoto method and the Sopwith method are used to calculate the analytical values of the axial force coefficients of the respective threaded sections of the nut thread,and compare them with the simulated values of the axial force coefficients on the cross-section of each thread obtained by simulation analysis. The conclusion that the analytical value is almost consistent with the simulated value is obtained. The validity of the bolted joint model is verified, which has important significance for bolting connection modeling and bolting simulation research.
