C9石油树脂对高黏度改性沥青性能的影响
Effects of C9 Petroleum Resins on the Performance of High-Viscosity Asphalt
【摘要】 采用4种具有不同软化点和H/C原子比的C9石油树脂(PR)与芳烃油作为相容剂,SBS作为改性剂,制备高黏度改性沥青(HVA)。固定SBS的含量、相容剂(芳烃油和石油树脂)的总含量,考察相容剂中油和树脂的比例变化对高黏度改性沥青性质的影响,并研究了C9石油树脂的性质对高黏度改性沥青的影响。结果表明:相容剂中C9石油树脂质量分数超过6%时,高黏度改性沥青的低温性能较差;软化点高的C9石油树脂更有利于提高改性沥青的60℃零剪切黏度,降低针入度;H/C原子比高的C9石油树脂与SBS之间具有更好的相容性,可以增强SBS形成的网状结构,从而增强沥青的路用性能;当软化点和H/C原子比高的3、4号树脂(PR3、PR4)的质量分数为4%时制备出的高黏度改性沥青的性能更佳。
【Abstract】 High-viscosity asphalt(HVA)was prepared by adding SBS modifier,compatibilizer which contains aromatic oil,and one of four C9-petroleum resins(PR)which have different soft points and H/C atom ratios.At specific SBS and total compatibilizer contents,the effects of oil and resin ratio on the properties of HVA were investigated.In addition,effects of C9 PR properties on the performance of HVA were also studied.Experimental results suggest that the HVA performance degrades significantly at low temperature when C9 PR content in the compatibilizer is over 6%.It is also observed that C9 PR with high soft point could increase 60 ℃ zero shearing viscosity(ZSV),and decrease penetration point.The application performance of HVA can be improved due to the enhanced SBS network structure resulted from a good compatibility between SBS and C9 PR with high H/C atom ratios.HVAs prepared with 4% PR3 or PR4(both of them have high soft point and H/C atomic ratio)have a relatively good application performance.
