【摘要】 [目的]探讨Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期压疮创面愈合过程中pH值的变化。[方法]选择Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期压疮病人69例(89处创面),按照统一方法评估、清洗和清创后,选择合适的治疗方案换药,追踪观察4周,比较接诊时及治疗第1周末、第2周末、第3周末、第4周末压疮愈合评估量表(PUSH)评分及创面pH值。[结果]接诊时Ⅳ期压疮创面pH值高于Ⅲ期;随着时间的推移,Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期压疮的病人PUSH评分及创面pH值均呈下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。[结论]创面pH值与创面的愈合有密切关系,创面pH值可作为评价创面治疗效果的一个指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To probe into wounds pH changes during healing of stageⅢandⅣ pressure ulcers.Methods:A total of 69 cases of stageⅢandⅣ pressure ulcers patients(89 wounds)were selected.After evaluation,cleaning and debridement based on the unified method,the appropriate treatment programs were selected to dressing.The pressure ulcer healing assessment scale(PUSH)scores and pH value of wounds were compared after tracing observation for 4 weeks respectively at visiting,1 st,2 nd,3 rd and 4 th weekend.Results:The wound pH value in stageⅣ pressure ulcers was higher than that in stageⅢ pressure ulcers at visiting;with time going,PUSH scores and wounds pH in stageⅢ andⅣ pressure ulcers patients were falling,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:wound pH is closely related to wound healing,and it can be used as an index to evaluate the effect of wound treatment.更多还原
