污水厂进水口在线监测设备水样预处理系统研究及应用

【摘要】 以重庆市污水处理厂进水监测系统为研究对象。通过对进水水质监测结果及进水在线监测结果的比对结果分析,了解污水厂的进水水质情况及现有进水在线监测系统存在的准确性、稳定性及比对相关性较差的问题。针对存在问题进行研究,最终基于PLC系统设计出带有搅拌功能的智能化预处理系统在重庆区域污水处理厂进行可行性验证及优化,最终结果显示该预处理系统能有效提高现有污水厂进水口在线监测系统测量准确性、稳定性及比对相关性。对于企业及监管部门的管理具有一定的借鉴意义,值得深入研究及推广。

【Abstract】 The water inlet monitoring system which in Chongqing area is the research object.To understand the water quality situation of sewage plant and the current situation of online monitoring that existed problems through by comparison and analysis between water inlet quality monitoring and the on-line monitoring. The main problems were accuracy, stability and correlation which is unsatisfactory. This paper studied the existing problems, and the intelligent pre-treatment system with stirring function which is designed based on PLC system. Finally, it deals with the test of the feasibility of the intelligent pre-treatment system and the optimization.The final results show that the pre-treatment system can effectively improve the accuracy, stability and correlation of the on-line monitoring system in sewage plant of Chongqing area.This research had certain reference significance for the enterprises and regulators, which deserves further study and promotion.
