新型氧化石墨烯玻璃防雾剂的研制

【摘要】 以氟离子表面活性剂、氧化石墨烯为原料,通过Design-Expert 10软件(响应面实验设计软件)设计了实验过程,研究了不同浓度下的防雾效果,经过多次对比实验得到防雾剂的最佳浓度配方,并且对制备的防雾剂进行了低、高温防雾效果、透光率等性能的测试与比较。结果表明,氧化石墨烯玻璃防雾剂不仅防霜、防雾效果突出,防雾时间可达45 d,而且涂敷之后的玻璃透光性能好,几乎与未涂该防雾剂的玻璃透光性相同。

【Abstract】 The fluoride-ion surfactant and graphene oxide were used as raw materials, and the experimental process was designed by Design-Expert 10 software(response surface experimental design software).The anti-fog effect at different concentrations was studied.After several comparison experiments, anti-fogging agent was obtained.The optimum concentration formula was tested and compared with the prepared antifogging agent for low, high temperature anti-fog effect and light transmittance.The results show that the glass antifogging agent with graphene oxide not only has outstanding anti-frost and anti-fog effects, but also has an anti-fog time of up to 45 d.The glass after coating with the agent has good light transmittance, which is almost the same as that of glass without the anti-fogging agent.
