【Abstract】 By surveying and interviewing a sample of 1655 people including nursing students and interns of nursing majors in Fenyang College of Shanxi Medical University from 2014 to 2018 and nurses with 1-3 years of professional practice to understand the current status of professional beliefs of nursing students and nurses.
