【摘要】 新工科建设是适应新经济蓬勃发展的必然需求,也是高等工程教育改革的方向。地方院校应紧密结合地区行业经济发展,积极构建与新工科建设协调发展相适应的全员协同实践育人体系,培养具有跨界整合能力、创新创业能力、应用实践能力的高素质创新性复合型人才。太原理工大学主动推进新工科建设,在全员育人、协同育人、实践育人体系构建等方面进行了积极探索,积累了实践经验。该经验对地方高校构建新工科人才培养体系具有积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of the emerging engineering is an inevitable demand to adapt to the booming of new economy,and it is also the direction of higher engineering education reform. Closely integrating with the development of the regional industrial economy,the local colleges and universities should build an educational system through all-staff cooperation and practice to improve the education validity,which is in accord with the coordinated development of the emerging engineering construction. Meanwhile,institutions of higher education should cultivate high-quality innovative and inter-disciplinary talents with capacities of cross-border integration,innovation and entrepreneurship,and practical application.Taiyuan University of Technology( TYUT) forwardly promotes the construction of emerging engineering by actively making the explorations about the construction of system from such aspects as all-staff education,cooperative education,and practical education,thus accumulating positive experiences for other local colleges and universities,which is of great significance to their building of cultivation system for the talents of the emerging engineering.更多还原
