基于DEA-BC~2模型的新疆水资源利用效率时空差异性分析
Spatial and Temporal Difference Analysis of Water Resources Utilization Efficiency in Xinjiang Based on DEA-BC~2 Model
【摘要】 以2008~2015年新疆15个地区的水资源利用效率为研究对象,采用数据包络分析法(DEA)和文献研究法,构建DEA-BC~2模型分析水资源利用效率的时空差异性。结果表明:2008~2015年间,新疆各地区水资源利用效率呈现增长趋势。其中,克孜勒苏柯尔克孜自治州水资源利用效率增长速度最快;阿勒泰地区水资源利用效率增速最慢。此外,水资源利用效率的空间差异性明显。新疆中部地区水资源利用效率一般高于0.9;而南部地区低于0.7。建议从经济水平、资源禀赋和科技水平等方面提升水资源利用效率,并采取符合各地区实际情况的治理措施。
【Abstract】 This paper took the water utilization efficiency of 15 Prefectures in Xinjiang from 2008 to 2015 as the research objects,and data envelopment analysis(DEA) and literature research method were used to establish the DEA-BC~2 model to analyze the spatial and temporal variability of water resources utilization efficiency. The results show that: the water resources utilization efficiency in all Prefectures of Xinjiang show an increasing trend during 2008-2015. Among them, the increase rate of water resources utilization efficiency is fastest in Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture while the rate of it is slowest in Altay Prefecture. In addition, the spatial variability of water use efficiency is obvious. Water use efficiency rate is generally above 0.9 in the central areas of Xinjiang while it is below 0.7 in the southern region of Xinjiang.
