利用四甲基氢氧化铵提取小麦秸秆木质素及其结构表征
Extraction of lignin from wheat straw by tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide and its structure characterization
【摘要】 木质素是植物界中仅次于纤维素的重要的天然高分子化合物,可用作黏合剂、水泥减水剂、沥青乳化添加剂的生产,具有广泛的应用前景。采用四甲基氢氧化铵(TMAH)提取小麦秸秆中的木质素,在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验优化后的最佳工艺条件为TMAH质量浓度250 g/L、时间14 h、温度50℃,固液比1∶14 g/mL,木质素的提取率达到79.9%。经凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)以及核磁氢谱(~1H NMR)分析,结果表明分离木质素含有H-G-S型木质素的结构特征,最大紫外吸收峰位于280 nm处,分离再生过程中木质素功能结构保持较为完整。
【Abstract】 Lignin is the important natural macromolecule compound next only to cellulose in the plant,which can be used as binder,cement water reducing agent and additive in asphalt emulsifier,and has extensive application prospect.Extracted lignin from wheat straw by using tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide(TMAH).The optimized conditions by orthogonal experiments listed as follows:TMAH concentration as 250 g/L,time as 14 h,temperature as 50 ℃,solid-liquid ratio as 1∶ 14 g/mL,and the lignin extraction rate reached 79.9% on the basis of single factor experiments.Gel permeation chromatography(GPC),Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis) and ~1H nuclear magnetic resonance(~1H NMR) were applied to analyze the extracted lignin.The lignin has the structural characteristics of H-G-S-type lignin,the maximum UV absorption peak is located at 280 nm,and the functional structure of the lignin in the separation process remains intact.
