【摘要】 目的:了解某品牌免洗手消毒凝胶的消毒效能及安全性。方法:采用理化检测方法、载体浸泡定量杀菌实验和动物毒性实验方法对该凝胶的理化性能和杀菌效果、毒性进行实验室和现场评价及使用安全性评价。结果:该乙醇含量为61.6%(V/V),三氯羟基二苯醚含量为0.88%(V/V)的免洗手消毒凝胶对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌作用0.5 min,杀灭对数值均大于3.0;对30名志愿者的手作用1.0 min后,平均杀灭对数值为1.50;对小鼠的口服LD50大于5 000 mg/kg;兔多次皮肤刺激性试验平均刺激指数为0.89;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞的微核率差别P大于0.05。结论:该复方免洗手消毒凝胶对细菌的繁殖体以及真菌均具有很好的杀灭作用,实际无毒性,对完整皮肤有轻刺激性,无染色体损伤作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand the disinfection efficacy and safety of this kind of disposable hands-free gel.Methods: The physicochemical properties and bactericidal effect were observed by laboratory and field and the safety assessment was carried out by physical and chemical analysis method, quantitative immersion germicidal test and animal toxicity test. Results: The hands-free disinfectant gel with the ethanol content of 61.6%(V/V) and the Triclosan content of 0.88%(V/V), kill the logarithm value> 3.0, evenly coated 30 volunteers hand, rub 1.0 min, the opponent natural bacteria average kill logarithm of 1.50. The oral liquid was more than 5 000 mg/kg(LD50) in both male and female mice.The mean stimulation index of multiple skin irritation test in rabbits was 0.89, which did not cause micronuclei on the erythrocytes of mouse bone marrow. Conclusion: This hands-free disinfectant gel has a good killing effect on bacterial propagules and fung. It is actually non-toxic and light irritant to the intact skin.更多还原
