【摘要】 心理扶贫涵盖了心理学、教育学、社会学、行政管理、社会治理等领域技巧和方法,借助制度化的设计和安排,采用行政化、社会化、公益化、经营化等多种手段,从"激励志气"方面着手,提供"情绪安抚""心态引导""心灵慰籍""思想教育"等方面多维度的资源供给。心理扶贫有助于激发和引导贫困人口脱贫致富的愿望和情感,形成健康、和谐、积极、自主的心理意志和内生资源。但是,在扶贫工作中普遍存在的心理贫困导致帮扶对象内生动力不足,造成扶贫成效缓慢和脱贫又返贫的现象。通过考察当前阶段贫困主体心理特征以及在精准扶贫中的帮扶对策实践现状,可以从内在心理资源、引导健康价值导向,改变深层认知、疏导不良情绪、培养坚强意志品质、提高知识文化技能、健全完善评价与监管体系等实现路径对心理扶贫进行有价值的尝试。更多还原

【Abstract】 Psychological poverty alleviation includes techniques and methods in psychology,pedagogy,sociology,administration,social governance and other means. With the help of institutionalized design and arrangement,and by means of administration,socialization,commonweal and management,it provides"emotional comfort","mentality guidance","spiritual comfort"and"ideological education"from the aspect of"inspiring ambition" as multidimensional resource supply. Psychological poverty alleviation helps to stimulate and guide the aspirations and emotions of the poor people to get out of poverty and become rich and healthy,harmonious,independent psychological will and endogenous resources. However,the prevalence of psychological poverty in Poverty alleviation has led to insufficient endogenous motivation of the aid recipients,resulting in the phenomenon of slow poverty alleviation effect and return to poverty. Therefore,by investigating the psychological characteristics of the main poverty-stricken people at the present stage and the current situation of the practice of helping the poor in the process of targeted poverty alleviation,valuable attempts can be made to change the deep-seated cognition,alleviate bad emotions,breed strong will,improve knowledge and cultural skills,and improve the evaluation and supervision system.更多还原
