【摘要】 日本作为东京奥运会的东道主,也是我国的强劲对手。采用文献资料、数据分析、专家访谈等方法,对中日两国在第18届雅加达亚运会上的表现进行分析,并对日本摔跤项目备战2020年东京奥运会值得关注的一些动向进行梳理。结果表明:女子摔跤项目多个级别均成为中日两国的竞争项目;展望东京奥运会,女子项目级别调整也将使日本从中受益。中国队应突出优势项目,力争甚至确保东京奥运会能拿下1～2枚女子大级别金牌的同时,也不放弃男女小级别,并在信息掌握、训练质量、科学训练等方面切实做到位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Japan will be a fierce competitor for China during 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. Through the methods of literature review, statistical analysis and expert interviews, this paper analyzed Chinese and Japanese wrestling teams’ performances at the 18 th Asian Games, and followed the developments with regard to Japanese wrestling team’s preparation for 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. In conclusion, several women’s events have become the competition events between China and Japan, and the change of weight categories will benefit Japanese team. Looking forward to 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, it is suggested that we should be confident and ensure to take 1 to 2 gold medals on women’s heavyweight events, while not giving up those lightweight events. And we should make further efforts on information collection, training quality and scientific training.更多还原
