【摘要】 目的:评价奈达铂联合替加氟同期三维适形放射治疗非手术食管癌的客观疗效、不良反应及生存率。方法:将80例非手术食管癌患者随机平均分为2组,奈达铂组以奈达铂联合替加氟同期放疗治疗,顺铂组以顺铂联合替加氟同期放疗治疗。结果:奈达铂组近期有效率为67.5%(27/40),顺铂组为72.5%(29/40),2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。奈达铂组患者血小板下降高于顺铂组(P<0.05)。奈达铂组胃肠道反应及肾毒性低于顺铂组(均P<0.05)。奈达铂组1年、2年及4年的生存率分别为65.0%、45.0%和41.8%,顺铂组分别为62.5%、40.0%和32.5%,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:奈达铂联合替加氟的化疗方案并同期三维适形放射治疗是治疗进展期食管癌的有效方法,不良反应轻。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy, side effects and survival rate of nedaplatin combined with tegafur combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy. Methods: 80 cases of non-surgical esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups. Nedaplatin combined with tegafur was used for radiotherapy in nedaplatin group, and cisplatin combined with tegafur for radiotherapy in cisplatin group.Results:The short-term effective rate of nedaplatin group was 67.5%(27/40),and that of cisplatin group was 72.5%(29/40). There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The decrease of platelet in nedaplatin group was higher than that in cisplatin group(P<0.05). The gastrointestinal reaction and nephrotoxicity of nedaplatin group were lower than those of the cisplatin group(P<0.05). The 1-year,2-year and 4-year survival rates of nedaplatin group were 65.0%, 45.0% and 41.8% respectively, and those of cisplatin group were 62.5%,40.0% and 32.5% respectively,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Nedaplatin combined with tegafur combined with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy is an effective method for the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer with mild adverse reactions.更多还原
