显齿蛇葡萄中黄酮类化合物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用研究

【摘要】 目的:研究显齿蛇葡萄醇提物及8种主要黄酮化合物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制作用。方法:用75%无水乙醇回流提取制备显齿蛇葡萄提取物,对其进行α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制实验。之后选取显齿蛇葡萄中8种主要黄酮化合物对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制效果进行分析。结果:醇提物在(0.1~1.0)mg/mL之间对α-葡萄糖苷酶具有明显的抑制作用,其半抑制浓度(IC50)为0.338mg/mL。8种黄酮化合物均对α-葡萄糖苷酶产生不同程度的抑制作用,其中槲皮素的抑制效果最强,半抑制浓度为0.083 mg/mL,是醇提物的1/4。结论:显齿蛇葡萄醇提物与主要黄酮化合物对α-葡萄糖苷酶具有较明显的抑制作用,为显齿蛇葡萄进一步开发与利用提供了理论基础。

【Abstract】 Objective: The inhibition of alcohol extract and eight kinds of main flavonoids from Ampelopsis grossedentata on α-glucosidase activity were studied. Methods: Extraction 75% anhydrous ethanol from Ampelopsis grossedentata extract and inhibition of α-glucosidase were investigated. After that, the eight main flavonoids from Ampelopsis grossedentata the were selected to analyze the inhibitory effects of α-glucosidase. Results: The absolute ethanol extract had a significant inhibitory effect on α-glucosidase between 0.1 and 1.0 mg/mL, and its semi-inhibitory concentration(IC50) was 0.338 mg/mL. All the eight flavonoids had different degrees of inhibition on α-glucosidase. Among them, quercetin had the strongest inhibitory effect, the IC50 was 0.083 mg/mL, which was 0.25 times higher that of the alcohol extract. Conclusion: The ethanol extract and flavonoids of Ampelopsis grossedentata had a significant inhibitory effect on α-glucosidase, which provided a theoretical basis for the further development and utilization of Ampelopsis grossedentata.
