磁性氧化石墨烯/二氧化钛光催化降解甲基橙的影响因素研究
Factors Affecting the Photocatalytic Degradation of Methyl Orange by Magnetic Graphene Oxide/Titanium Dioxide
【摘要】 以钛酸四丁酯、鳞片石墨为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了磁性氧化石墨烯/二氧化钛(Fe3O4@GO@TiO2)复合光催化剂,借助扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)对复合光催化剂的形貌、晶型结构进行表征分析,并通过实验探究了不同条件下磁性氧化石墨烯/二氧化钛对甲基橙染料废水的光催化降解性能.结果表明:在50 mL、pH=5的10.0 mg·L-1甲基橙溶液中投放40.0 mg复合光催化剂,光照70 min,甲基橙的降解率达到94.5%,说明制备的复合光催化剂对污水中的甲基橙具有较好的降解性能.
【Abstract】 The Fe3O4@GO@TiO2 composite photocatalyst was prepared with the sol-gel method using tetrabutyl titanate and flake graphite as the main raw materials. The morphology and crystal structure of the composite photocatalyst were characterized by SEM and XRD,and the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange by magnetic graphene oxide/titanium dioxide under different conditions was investigated experimentally.The results showed that the degradation rate of methyl orange reached 94.5% when 40.0 mg composite photocatalyst was applied in 50 mL of 10.0 mg·L-1 methyl orange solution with pH=5 and illuminated for 70 minutes,indicating that the prepared composite photocatalyst had good degradation performance for methyl orange in sewage.
