响应面法优化金线草黄酮提取工艺的研究

【摘要】 以金线草为原料,采用乙醇回流法提取金线草中的黄酮类化合物,在单因素试验中,逐一考察乙醇浓度、提取温度、提取时间、料液比4个因素对金线草黄酮提取率的影响,并通过响应面分析法对提取工艺进行优化,得到金线草黄酮类化合物最佳提取工艺条件:乙醇浓度75%、提取温度40℃、提取时间40 min、料液比1∶25(g/mL),在此条件下,金线草黄酮类化合物提取率达到2.34%。

【Abstract】 With Rubia membranacea as the main material,flavonoids was extracted by ethanol reflux extraction method. On the basis of single factor experiment,the factors of ethanol concentration,extraction temperature,extraction time and ratio of solid to liquid were compared in extraction rate of the flavonoids. The optimum conditions for the extraction of flavonoids from Rubia membranacea were obtained through Box-Benhnken experiment design. The results showed that the optimum conditions were ethanol concentration of 75 %,extraction temperature of 40 ℃,extracting time of 40 min and the ratio of solid to liquid of 1 ∶ 25(g/mL). Under these conditions,the extraction rate of flavonoids was 2.34 %.
