微波消解-ICP-MS/MS同时测定蛋及蛋制品中9种重金属元素

【摘要】 建立采用微波消解蛋及蛋制品,三重串联电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS/MS)同时测定蛋及蛋制品中Cr、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Hg和Pb等9种重金属元素的方法。采用氧气和氨气反应池在串联质谱MS/MS模式下,通过优化仪器参数,引入内标元素,利用氧气质量转移、氧气原位质量和氨气质量转移,有效地克服了基体对待测元素的质谱干扰。结果表明,该方法测定精度高,重金属元素的检出限为0.28~22.39μg·L-1,样品加标回收率为91.0%~107.1%,RSD≤4.7%,具有试剂消耗量小、环境污染少、操作简单、检测快速、同时多元素测定等优点。该研究为蛋及蛋制品中重金属元素的安全评价和监管提供了科学方法和理论依据。

【Abstract】 An analytical method was established for simultaneous determination of 9 heavy metal elements(Cr、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Hg、Pb) in eggs and egg products based on inductively coupled plasma tandem mass spectrometry(ICP-MS/MS) with microwave digestion. In the MS/MS mode, the mass spectrometic interferences were effectively eliminated by the addition internal standard and the utilization of O2 mass shift, O2 no-mass, NH3 mass shift with O2 and NH3 reaction cell of the ICP-MS/MS under the optimized conditions.The results showed that the detection limits of the method were in range of 0.28 ~ 22.39 μg·L-1,and the recoveries of standard addition were among 91.0% ~ 107.1%, RSD ≤4.7%. This study provides a scientific methods and theoretical basis for the safety evaluation and supervision of heavy metals element in eggs and egg products.
