比较6种油茶花、叶和籽的多酚含量及其抗氧化活性
Comparison of Polyphenol Content and Antioxidant Activity of Six Kinds of Camellia oleifera Flowers, Leaves and Seeds
【摘要】 本文采用超声辅助有机溶剂提取法提取6种不同品种的油茶花、叶和籽的多酚。结果表明,油茶籽多酚含量高于其他组织,油茶籽多酚含量最高的品种为衡阳红花大果(36.03±2.19)mg·g-1 DW;油茶花多酚含量最高的品种为衡阳红花大果(21.36±1.01)mg·g-1 DW。利用ORAC法对各品种油茶花、叶和籽的多酚提取液进行检测,其中最高为衡阳红花大果油茶种子ORAC值(851.21±9.45)μmol TE·g-1 DW。油茶花、叶和籽多酚与ORAC值存在较好的线性关系(R2> 0.80)。
【Abstract】 In this paper, ultrasonic assisted organic solvent extraction was used to extract polyphenols from six different varieties of Camellia oleifera, including flowers, leaves and seeds. The content of polyphenols in Camellia oleifera seeds was higher than that in other tissues. The highest polyphenol content of Camellia oleifera seeds was(36.03±2.19) mg·g-1 DW; the highest polyphenol content of Camellia oleifera seeds was(21.36±1.01)mg·g-1 DW. The highest ORAC value of Camellia oleifera seeds was(851.21±9.54)μ mol TE·g-1 DW. There was a good linear relationship between ORAC and polyphenols of Camellia oleifera(R2 >0.80).
