关山樱急性经口毒性和遗传毒性研究

【摘要】 目的:研究关山樱急性经口毒性和遗传毒性。方法:采用小鼠急性经口毒性试验和遗传毒性试验(包含细菌回复突变试验、哺乳动物红细胞微核试验和体外哺乳类细胞染色体畸变试验)进行综合评价。结果:小鼠急性经口毒性剂量大于10 000 mg·kg-1.bw,根据急性毒性剂量分级标准,属实际无毒;细菌回复突变试验、哺乳动物红细胞微核试验和体外哺乳类细胞染色体畸变试验均为阴性。结论:关山樱在本研究条件下,未观察到急性经口毒性和遗传毒性,为关山樱的亚慢性毒性和长期毒性研究提供实验数据。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the acute oral toxicity and genetic toxicity of Cerasus lannesiana Albo-roseain. Methods: Acute toxicity test in mice and genetic toxicity test(including bacterial mutation rescue assay, mammalian erythrocyte micronucleus test and mammalian cell chromosome aberration test in vitro) were used for comprehensive evaluation. Results: The acute oral toxicity of mice was more than 10 000 mg·kg-1.bw, which was actually non-toxic according to the grading standard of acute toxicity dose. The results of bacterial mutation rescue assay, mammalian erythrocyte micronucleus test and mammalian cell chromosome aberration test in vitro were all negative. Conclusion: In this study, no acute oral toxicity and genetic toxicity were observed, providing experimental data for the study of subchronic toxicity and long-term toxicity of Cerasus lannesiana Albo-roseain.
