云南肉桂中微量元素测定

Determination of Trace Elements in Yunnan Cinnamomum cassia

【摘要】 利用湿法对云南肉桂样品进行消解(浓硝酸和高氯酸的体积比为12∶1),使用火焰原子吸收光谱法对样品中的微量元素Cu、Fe、Mn以及Zn进行测定。结果表明:云南肉桂样品中Cu、Fe、Mn以及Zn含量分别为156.50、324.45、3 921.25μg·g-1以及1 018.65μg·g-1,该法测定样品的RSD为0.70%~4.40%,加标回收率为95.04%~103.61%。该分析方法准确、简捷、检出限低,适合于云南肉桂的分析和测定。

【Abstract】 The Yunnan Cinnamomum cassia samples were digested by wet method(volume ratio of concentrated nitric acid to perchloric acid was 12∶1), and the trace elements Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn in the samples were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the contents of Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn in the Yunnan Cinnamomum cassia samples were 156.50, 324.45, 3 921.25 μg·g-1 and 1 018.65 μg·g-1, respectively. The RSD of the sample was 0.70%. ~4.40%, the standard addition recovery rate is 95.04% ~ 103.61%. The analysis method was accurate, simple and low detection limit. It was suitable for the analysis and determination of Yunnan Cinnamomum cassia.
