【Abstract】 Food safety warning mainly refers to the establishment of a set of functional system for food safety problems through the monitoring and quantitative analysis of food safety risks. This article introduces the function of the food safety early warning system, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the food safety early warning system in China by exploring the problems existing in the food safety early warning system.更多还原
