疏水材质的斜臂泡沫分离塔回收红薯蛋白

【摘要】 为了从红薯淀粉生产废水中回收高价值的红薯蛋白,开发了一种疏水材质聚四氟乙烯斜臂泡沫分离塔,获得可同时具有高富集比和高回收率的工艺。试验结果表明:该斜臂泡沫分离塔的原材料聚四氟乙烯的接触角为131.5°,其独特的疏水特性能使间隙液在塔壁表面产生滑移现象,加快液体流经塔壁表面的速度,从而强化泡沫排液,持液率下降了200%,有利于红薯蛋白的富集。相应地,在聚四氟乙烯斜臂泡沫分离塔的基础上探究合适的操作条件,最终红薯淀粉生产废水中初始质量浓度为2.2±0.3 g·L-1的红薯蛋白、在p H为4、倾斜角45°、气速300 mL·min-1时,红薯蛋白的富集比和回收率分别为4.1±0.2和80.2%±4.0%,消泡液中红薯蛋白的质量浓度可高达9.1±0.5 g·L-1,残液中的红薯蛋白质量浓度仅为0.5 g·L-1

【Abstract】 To recover sweet potato protein(SPP) from sweet potato starch wastewater, a novel foam separation technology with high enrichment ratio and high recovery percentage was developed using an inclined column with hydrophobic material. Especially, the inclined column was constructed with polytetrafluoroethylene. The experimental results indicated that the contact angle of polytetrafluoroethylene was 131.5° between interstitial liquid and wall surface, thereby inducing the slip of interstitial fluid on the wall. Moreover, this hydrophobic property increased the velocity of fluid, thereby strengthening foam drainage. So the e of the experimental column reduced by 200%. On the basis of the novel column, SPP with an initial concentration of 2.2±0.3 g·L-1, under suitable conditions of pH 4, inclined angle 45° and volumetric air flow rate 300 mL·min-1, the enrichment ratio and recovery percentages of SPP reached 4.1±0.2 and 80.2%±4.0%, respectively. The concentration of SPP in foamate could be as high as 9.1±0.5 g·L-1, and the concentration of SPP in the residual solution was only 0.5 g·L-1.
