网络信息技术时代生物化学实验教学的改革

【摘要】 "互联网+"时代的发展为教师打开新的教学空间,教师不断优化教学方法,加快教学模式的改革;充分利用信息资源,更加合理有效地将新的内容融入到教学中。生物化学是食品专业非常重要的一门专业基础课,生物化学实验教学是生物化学理论课教学的重要组成部分,结合现在高速发展的网络信息资源,对生物化学实验课程进行改革,主要包括建立生物化学实验的微信教学平台,采用传统教学方法结合网络资源充实实验内容,将实验总结部分进行强化,开设课外开放实验补充生物化学实验,建立在线答疑和交流系统,完善考核体系,在教学中取得一定效果。

【Abstract】 The development of the Internet era has opened up a new teaching space for teachers, who have continuously optimized teaching methods, accelerated the reform of teaching models, and made full use of information resources to integrate new content into teaching more reasonably and effectively. Biochemistry is a very important professional basic course for food majors. Biochemistry experiment teaching is an important part of the teaching of biochemistry theory. Combined with the rapid development of network information resources, some reforms have been carried out on biochemistry experimental courses. Include the establishment of the WeChat teaching platform, use traditional teaching methods combined with network resources to fill the experimental content to strengthen the experimental summary, set up extra-curricular open experiments to supplement biochemical experiments, establish an online Q&A and communication system, and improve the assessment system. A certain effect has been achieved in teaching.
