酸性电解水法制备褐藻糖胶的研究

【摘要】 褐藻糖胶是一种含硫酸基团的水溶性多糖,具有多种生物活性。以酸性电解水为提取溶剂,从海带中提取褐藻糖胶,以期获得酸性电解水提取褐藻糖胶的优化工艺,并与传统水提法作比较。酸性电解水具有制取方便、成本低廉、环境友好、安全无毒等优点,通过单因素试验和正交优化,确定最佳工艺条件为:酸性电解水pH 2.5、提取温度100℃、提取时间3.5 h、料液比1︰50 (g/mL)。经验证试验,多糖提取得率平均为5.74%,岩藻糖含量为21.67%,硫酸酯基含量为27.27%。该提供工艺为进一步提高海带的高值化利用和精深加工业提供基础。

【Abstract】 Fucoidan was a type of complex sulfated polysaccharide, which had been studied extensively due to its numerous biological activities. An environmentally friendly and economically feasible method for the extraction of fucoidan from Laminaria japonica using acidic electrolyzed water was described. Comparing with traditional extraction method, acidic electrolyzed water was an environmentally friendly and economically feasible method. The extraction condition was optimized by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The optimized condition was as follows: hydrolyzed at 100 ℃ for 3.5 h, with acid electrolyzed water at pH 2.5 and a solid to liquid ratio of 1︰50(g/mL). The extraction yield, the contents of fucose and sulfate group were 5.74%, 21.67% and 27.27%, respectively. A new efficient extraction of fucoidan by acid electrolyzed water was established, providing theoretical and practical foundation for further scale-up.
