【摘要】 传统餐饮外卖配送模式面临着效率低、投诉率高等一系列的问题,制约了餐饮外卖业的健康发展。为此,文中在借鉴城市共同配送研究文献的基础上,通过采用面向餐饮外卖员的调查问卷方式,提出了餐饮外卖员的共同配送模式,并且论证了在实践中实施该模式的可行性,设计了支持该配送模式实施的APP主要功能,为进一步开发餐饮外卖员的共同配送信息系统平台奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional catering takeaway distribution mode is faced with a series of problems such as low efficiency,high customer complaint rate,which restricts the healthy development of catering takeaway industry. Therefore,on the basis of drawing lessons from the research literature of the cities common distribution,the article puts forward the common distribution mode of catering takeaways by using the questionnaire for catering takeaway distributors,and demonstrates the feasibility of implementing the mode in the practice,and designs the APP function to support the implementation of the mode,which lays a foundation for the further development of the common distribution information system platform for catering takeaway.更多还原
