【摘要】 目的提高临床医师对秋水仙碱中毒机制、临床症状、诊疗措施的认识。方法回顾性分析我院近期成功救治的1例口服超致死剂量秋水仙碱中毒患者的诊疗过程,并复习相关文献。结果患者,男,24岁,口服秋水仙碱90mg(180片),先后出现消化道症状、骨髓抑制、多脏器衰竭等临床表现,给予洗胃、导泻、血浆置换、连续肾脏替代疗法(CRRT)、成分输血、抗感染、营养心肌等一系列对症支持治疗后好转出院。结论秋水仙碱是临床常见药物,大剂量服用可出现严重中毒症状,致死率高,目前尚无特效解药,需早期积极对症处理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the understanding of the mechanism,clinical symptoms,and treatment measures of colchicine poisoning among clinicians. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for the diagnosis and treatment of one patient with colchicine poisoning with a superlethal dose who was successfully rescued in our hospital,and a literature review was also performed. Results A 24 year-old male patient took 180 tablets of colchicine(90 mg)orally and then developed various clinical manifestations including digestive tract symptoms,myelosuppression,and multiple organ failure.The patient was given a series of symptomatic/supportive treatment,such as gastric lavage,catharsis,plasma exchange,continuous renal replacement therapy,component transfusion,anti-infective therapy,and myocardial nutrition,and then he was improved and discharged.Conclusion Colchicine is a commonly used drug in clinical practice.Large-dose colchicine can cause serious poisoning symptoms with a high mortality rate.At present,there is no specific antidote,and symptomatic treatment should be given as early as possible.更多还原
