【摘要】 目的报道高位颈椎硬膜下髓外脊膜瘤1例,探讨高位颈椎硬膜下脊膜瘤的特点及手术方式、注意事项。方法我院2018年6月收治1例高位颈椎硬膜下巨大髓外脊膜瘤病人,给予后路手术切除肿瘤,未予固定。结果术后病人神经功能改善明显,复查颈椎MRI见肿瘤切除彻底,寰枢椎稳定。结论高位颈椎硬膜下脊膜瘤手术风险高,行后路手术切除临床效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the features,surgical methods,and precautions of upper cervical subdural meningioma by a case report. Methods In June 2018,apatient with a large extramedullary subdural meningioma in the upper cervical spine was admitted to our hospital.The tumor was resected via the posterior approach and the atlantoaxial vertebrae were not fixed.Results There was a significant improvement in neurological function after surgery.Cervical MRI showed complete tumor resection,and the atlantoaxial vertebrae remained stable. Conclusion There is a high surgical risk in patients with upper cervical subdural meningioma,and surgical resection via the posterior approach has a good clinical effect.更多还原
