【摘要】 目的探讨应用毛发移植技术重建颞点的手术方法和效果。方法自2014年6月至2017年10月,对73例求美者进行发际线颞点重建,全部采用单根毛发植入,挑选细软毛发植在边缘;毛发交错排列;移植密度25～32毛囊单位/cm~2;植入毛发与皮肤角度呈10°～20°。结果颞点区域移植毛发的密度为(24.0±3.6)毛囊单位/cm~2,直径为(58.5±12.4)μm,与皮肤角度为18.2°±4.5°。求美者自我评价:非常满意者65例,满意者8例。结论重建颞点能塑造颞部发际的曲线美。术中不规则排列毛发,严格掌握植入毛发的密度和角度,合理分布粗细毛发,能再造出自然的颞点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the surgical methods and efficacy of hair transplantation for temple point reconstruction. Methods From June 2014 to October 2017, 73 patients underwent hair transplantation surgery for temple point reconstruction. All follicle units were composed of single hairs. The finest hairs were selected and arranged in the hairline margin. The follicular units were arranged irregularly. The transplantation densitywas 25 to32 FUs/cm~2, and the angle between the transplanted hair and skin was 10° to 20°. Results The density of the transplanted hair was(24.0±3.6) FUs/cm~2, the diameter was(58.5±12.4) μm, and the angle between the transplanted hair and the frontal skin was 18.2°±4.5° at the temple point. Conclusion Reconstruction of the defects at the temple point can produce a more asthetically pleasing curve at the temporal hairline. In female frontotemporal hairline reconstruction, a natural hairline was created by irregular arrangement of hairs, proper density and angle, and exact arrangement of hairs of varying diameters.更多还原
