【Abstract】 The second classroom is an important link for medical students to acquire medical knowledge. It is an important supplement and promotion of the first classroom teaching, and it is also an effective way for medical undergraduates to improve their scientific research quality and medical level. Taking the second classroom construction of the biochemistry course of clinical medicine in our school as an example, the training system of "familiar-application-innovation" was constructed from the school level, the student level, the teacher level, doctor and nurse level.
