【Abstract】 The connotation construction of classroom teaching in universities is not only an important content to improve the quality of classroom teaching, but also an urgent need of cultivation of applied talents in local applied universities. Based on the characteristics of food biochemistry teaching, some exploring research on connotative development of food biochemistry classroom teaching is made, such as reforming of teaching methods, adjusting the order of teaching content, implementing procedural assessment, and paying attention to the skill of concept explanation, and achieved some good results.更多还原
