一步法合成聚醚酰胺嵌段共聚物及其抗静电性能研究
Synthesis of a Poly(ether-block-amide) Copolymer by the One-step Method and Study of its Antistatic Property
【摘要】 采用一步法合成了由聚乙二醇(PEG)链段和聚酰胺6(PA6)链段组成的聚醚酰胺嵌段共聚物,用红外光谱和核磁共振波谱等手段确证了它的化学结构。随着合成配方中己内酰胺用量的减少,聚醚酰胺嵌段共聚物相对分子质量下降,PA6链段变短。合成的聚醚酰胺嵌段共聚物具有微相分离结构,表面电阻率随着其中PEG链段含量的增加而下降。将合成的聚醚酰胺嵌段共聚物以10%的质量分数添加到ABS塑料中,其表面电阻率由1014Ω量级下降到1011Ω量级,拉伸强度变化不大,断裂伸长率有所下降。
【Abstract】 A poly(ether-block-amide)(PEBA) copolymer consisting of poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG) segment and polyamide 6(PA6) segment was synthesized by the one-step method, and its chemical structure was identified by Fourier transformation infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. With the used amount of caprolactam reducing in the synthetic recipe, the molecular weight of PEBA copolymer was lowered and its PA6 segment became shorter. The synthesized PEBA copolymer has a microphase separation structure, and its surface resistivity decreases with the increase of its PEG segment content. When the synthesized PEBA copolymer was added to the ABS plastic by the mass ratio of 1∶9, the surface resistivity of the plastic would be decreased by three orders of magnitude from 1014Ω to 1011Ω, with a little change of its tensile strength and a little decrease of its elongation at break.
