【Abstract】 The study places a focus on how to safeguard rural water supply during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,based on analysis on past experiences in Anhui Province since the initiation of "11 th Five-Year Plan". It is suggested to pay equal attention to construction and management, take effective measure to improve water structures, strengthen operation and management, and enhance quality of services and capacity building during the 14 th Five-Year Plan period. With regard to the attributes of rural drinking water projects for public good, more input is needed from the government to increase investments to water supply in rural areas.更多还原
