【摘要】 目的:鉴定中药川芎的性状及有效成分量,观察临床安全用药的效果。方法:选取适量某院药房的川芎,鉴定其产地、采收日期、性状、有效成分含量。选择本院2017年6月～2017年11月接收的月经不调患者128例,随机分为两组,A组64例采用维生素治疗,B组64例采用中药川芎治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:鉴定结果显示,中药川芎产地不同时,采收日期、性状、有效成分含量均存在一定的差异;临床应用效果显示,B组治疗总有效率显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论:中药川芎种类、产地、性状等方面不同时,效果也各不相同,月经不调应用中药川芎治疗后,效果可明显提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To identify the characters and effective components of ligusticum chuanxiong and observe the effect of safe clinical drug application. Methods: Appropriate amount of chuanxiong from a certain hospital pharmacy was selected to identify its origin, date of harvest, characteristics and content of effective ingredients. 128 cases of patients receiving irregular menstruation in our hospital from June 2017 to November 2017 were selected, divide them into Group A and Group B averagely, Group A were given vitamin treatment, Group B were given Ligusticum chuanxiong treatment, their treatment effect were observed. Results: The results showed that there were certain differences in the date of harvest, characters and effective components in the origin of Ligusticum chuanxiong, and the clinical effect showed that the total effective rate of Group B was significantly higher than Group A(P<0.05). Conclusion: The variety, origin and character of Ligusticum chuanxiong are different, and the effect is different. The effect can be improved obviously after the treatment of Ligusticum chuanxiong.更多还原
