【摘要】 目的:分析心律失常合并急性冠状动脉综合症(ACS)患者应用瑞舒伐他汀联合稳心颗粒疗法对人血浆脂蛋白酶A2(LP-PLA2)水平的影响。方法:选取2016年6月～2017年6月某院收治的48例心律失常合并ACS患者为对象,采用随机数字表法将其均分为实验组和对照组各24例,两组均给予常规治疗,对照组在常规基础上给予稳心颗粒治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀治疗,观察两组治疗后临床疗效、药物安全性和对血浆LP-PLA2水平的影响。结果:实验组治疗后血浆LP-PLA2水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后实验组总有效率为83.33%高于对照组的54.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的药物安全性相较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀联合稳心颗粒治疗心律失常合并ACS患者,可以降低血浆LP-PLA2水平,提高临床疗效,有效的改善预后,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin combined with wenxin granule on plasma lipoproteinase A2(LP-PLA2) in patients with arrhythmia complicated with acute coronary syndrome(ACS). Methods: 48 patients with arrhythmia and ACS treated in a hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were taken as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 24 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional treatment. The control group was treated with wenxin granule on a conventional basis, and the experimental group was treated with resuvastatin on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, drug safety and the effect on plasma LP-PLA2 level in the two groups were observed after treatment. Results: After treatment, the plasma LP-PLA2 level in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); The total effective rate of the experimental group was 83.33%, which was higher than that of the control group with 54.16%, and their difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); There was no significant difference in drug safety between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Rosuvastatin combined with wenxin granule is worthy of promotion, it can not only reduce plasma LP-PLA2 level, but also improve clinical efficacy and prognosis for patients with arrhythmia complicated with ACS.更多还原
