【摘要】 目的:观察踝关节骨折患者并发下胫腓骨分离手术治疗的临床效果。方法:选取某院2017年5月～2018年5月期间收治的30例踝关节骨折患者为观察对象,按照不同手术治疗方法的不同分组,A组为短肌腱移位手术方式治疗,B组以骨膜移位手术方式治疗,对比两组患者手术治疗效果。结果:B组患者骨折愈合时间短于A组,并发症情况低于A组,手术优良率高于A组,结果对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:踝关节骨折患者并发下胫腓骨分离,采取骨膜移位手术治疗效果显著,且可缩短患者骨愈合时间,且并发症率低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinical effect of ankle joint fracture and separation of lower tibiofibular bone surgical. Methods: 30 cases of ankle fractures treated in a hospital from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as observation subjects and grouped according to the different methods of surgical treatment. Group A was treated with short tendon displacement and group B was treated with periosteum. Transposition surgery was used to compare the effect of surgical treatment in the two groups. Results: The fracture healing time of group B was shorter than that of group A, and the complications were lower than that of group A. The excellent rate of operation was higher than that of group A. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of periosteal transposition in patients with ankle fracture complicated with inferior tibiofibular dissection is significant, and the time for bone healing can be shortened, and the complication rate is low.更多还原
