微创脊柱内固定系统治疗无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折的疗效研究

【摘要】 目的:观察与探析在治疗无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折中应用微创脊柱内固定手术的相关临床疗效。方法:所有研究对象选自于2015年9月~2017年10月来某院接受治疗的无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折患者,并按照抛硬币原则将52例患者分为对照组(n=24)与实验组(n=28)。将单纯实施传统开放复位内固定治疗组作为对照组,将实施经皮微创脊柱内固定手术组作为实验组,观察比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、住院时间以及术后并发症发生率。结果:治疗后实验组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、住院时间远比对照组少,P<0.05;实验组并发症发生率远比对照组低,P<0.05。结论:实施经皮微创脊柱内固定手术对无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折临床疗效十分确切,有助于缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量与术后引流量,由此可以防治术后并发症,缩短患者住院时间,有着更为广泛的推广与应用。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive spinal internal fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebrae without nerve injury.Methods:All subjects were selected from patients who received treatment for thoracolumbar fracture without nerve injury in a hospital from September 2015 to October 2017,and 52 patients were divided into 24 cases in control group and 28 cases in experimental group according to the coin-tossing principle.The simple implementation of the traditional open reduction and internal fixation for treatment group was regarded as the control group,the implementation of minimally invasive percutaneous internal fixation of spine surgery group was regarded as experimental group.Observed and compared two groups of operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative drainage,hospitalization time and Postoperative complication rate.Results:The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage and hospital stay in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was much lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of percutaneous minimally invasive spinal internal fixation on thoracolumbar fractures without nerve injury is very accurate,which is helpful to shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding and postoperative drainage.It can prevent and cure postoperative complications and shorten the hospitalization time of patients.It is widely used and popularized.
