包覆及填充式Fe3O4/CNTs纳米复合材料的制备及性能研究
Preparation and properties of carbon nanotubes-coated/filled by Fe3O4 nanoparticles
【摘要】 采用原位共沉淀法低温下制备出Fe3O4/CNTs纳米复合材料.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、共焦拉曼光谱仪(Raman)等表征手段对样品的化学成分、结构、形貌和性能进行了测试表征.实验结果表明,Fe3O4纳米颗粒成功包覆到CNTs的表面及填充到CNTs空腔内,形成磁性Fe3O4/CNTs纳米复合材料.Raman结果显示,复合后石墨化结构减少,材料的缺陷增多.样品具有良好的超顺磁性和高分散性,在实际应用中展示出良好的吸附性能,并能在外加磁场作用下实现吸附剂的回收再利用.实验中,样品对MB的吸附动力学接近于拟二阶动力学模型.
【Abstract】 Fe3O4/CNTs nanocomposites were prepared by the in-situ coprecipitation at low temperature.XRD,SEM,TEM,XPS and Raman were used to characterize the chemical composition,structure,morphology and properties of the samples.The experimental results show that Fe3O4 nanoparticles have been successfully coated on the surface of CNTs and filled into the cavity of CNTs,forming magnetic Fe3O4/CNTs nanocomposite.Raman results show that the graphitized structures in the nanocomposites are reduced,and more defects are formed.The sample exhibites the favorable superparamagnetic property and the high dispersion,shows the good adsorption performance in practical application,and realizes the recycle of adsorbent by adding an external magnetic field.The adsorption kinetics of MB are well described by the pseudo-second-order kinetic model.
