绥东机场高填方碾压试验研究

【摘要】 本文主要研究绥东机场高填方填筑碾压试验方案,碾压试验方式有振动碾(Z)和冲击碾(C)两种,其中振动碾有22 t(Z22)和36 t(Z36)两种。填筑材料分别为全风化花岗岩(H)、全风化玄武岩(X1)、强风化玄武岩(X2)三种。经试验论证最终选择Z22X1-40 cm 8遍、Z22X2-40 cm 8遍、Z36X1-90 cm 5遍、Z36X2-70 cm 4遍、CX1-70 cm 25遍、CX2-70 cm 20遍方案。

【Abstract】 The roller parameters of high-filled embankment material for SuiDong airport were mainly investigated. Vibration roller and impaction roller chosen in this test were abbreviated to Z and C, respectively. The vibration roller includes 22 tones and 36 tones, labeled as Z22 and Z36. In addition, completely weathered granite(H), completely weathered basalt(X1) as well as strongly weathered basalt(X2) was adopted as the filling materials. Test results indicate that the applicable testing programs cover Z22 X1-40 cm 8 times, Z22 X2-40 cm 8 times, Z36 X1-90 cm 5 times, Z36 X2-70 cm 4 times, CX1-70 cm 25 times and CX2-70 cm 20 times, among which the rolling means, the rolling materials, thickness and times of rolling compaction were expressed in sequence.
