【摘要】 目的探讨饮食干预对消化道肿瘤患者化疗期间营养的影响。方法本研究采用方便抽样选取2016年1月到2018年1月入住某三级甲等医院的82例消化道肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组42名研究对象,对照组采取常规常规护理模式,试验组在常规护理外增加饮食干预,从而对患者的血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、淋巴细胞数及口腔粘膜细胞凋亡率进行对比分析。结果试验组患者的血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、淋巴细胞数及口腔粘膜细胞凋亡率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对消化道患者化疗期间进行必要的饮食干预可以明显提升患者的营养状况,为临床推广使用提供一定的理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To exPlore the effects of dieary intervention on nutritional status for Patients with cancer.Methods Total eighty-four Patientswith cancer were randomly assigned to the control grouP(n=42) and the intervention grouP(n=42),All Patients were given general dieary guidance and the Patients in the intervention grouP were given dieary intervention as well.Hemoglobin, serum albumin, lymPhocyte count and aPoPtosis rate of oral mucosal cells were recorded after intervention. Results Hemoglobin, serum albumin, lymPhocyte count and aPoPtosis rate of oral mucosal cells of Patients in intervention grouP were significantly better than the Patients in controled grouP(P<0.05).
