【摘要】 目的研究倍他米松在良性支气管狭窄介入中的效果。方法选择我院2016.6-2017.6收治的良性支气管狭窄患者70例,按照随机数字表法分为两组各35例。对照组采用电刀、球囊扩张、冷冻治疗,研究组采用在对照组基础上再加上使用倍他米松,比较两组患者治疗后气促分级、支气管直径等情况。结果研究组气促分级、FEVl、支气管直径、FVC在优于对照组,差异显著,P<0.05。结论通过对良性支气管狭窄介入中实施倍他米松,能够有效改善患者的气促情况,并扩大支气管直径,改善肺功能,值得应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective to investigate the efficacy of betamethasone in the intervention of benign bronchial stenosis.Methods 70 cases of benign bronchial stenosis admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2016 were selected and divided into two groups of 35 cases each according to the random number table. Electrosurgical treatment, balloon dilatation and cryotherapy were used in the control group, and betamethasone was used in the study group on the basis of the control group,to compare the two groups of patients with shortness of breath grading and bronchial diameter after treatment.Results in the study group, the levels of pneumotropsia, FEVl, bronchial diameter and FVC were better than those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion betamethasone in the intervention of benign bronchial stenosis can effectively improve the patients’ shortness of breath, enlarge bronchial diameter and improve lung function, which is worthy of application.更多还原
