【摘要】 目的探讨手术室护理干预在改善全麻苏醒期患者心理状况及降低躁动发生率中的作用。方法选取60例全麻苏醒期患者随机分为2组,对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以手术室护理干预。比较两组患者躁动情况以及心理状态。结果研究组患者躁动发生率、焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理干预可显著降低全麻苏醒期患者躁动发生率,改善患者心理状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role of nursing intervention in improving psychological status and reducing incidence of restlessness in patients with general anesthesia during recovery period.Methods Sixty patients with general anesthesia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing care. The study group was given an operating room nursing intervention. The insomnia and psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of agitation and anxiety scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room nursing intervention can significantly reduce the incidence of restlessness in patients with general anesthesia and improve their psychological status.更多还原
