【摘要】 目的分析并研究责任制分组管理对患者满意度和手术时护理管理质量的影响。方法选择140例患者,使用随机分组方法将其分为两组,对照组患者予以传统护理管理模式,实验组患者予以责任制分组管理改进模式,对两组患者的满意度、护理人员护理质量水平、器械使用合格率以及器械卫生合格率进行统计和分析。结果实验组患者的医疗器械使用合格率及器械卫生合格率均高于对照组患者,P<0.05;实验组患者的病志书写、物品管理、消毒隔离、健康教育、专业技术以及基础护理评分显著优于对照组患者,P<0.05;实验组患者的满意度显著高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论在手术室护理管理中应用责任制分组管理,不仅可以提高手术室护理管理质量水平,还可以提高患者的满意度,值得在临床中应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze and study the influence of responsibility group management on patient satisfaction and nursing management quality during operation.Methods Choose 140 patients, the use of randomized method will be divided into two groups, control group patients give traditional nursing management mode, the experimental group patients give the responsibility system for group management model, the two groups of patients satisfaction, nursing care quality, percent of pass and equipment hygiene rate instrument used for statistics and analysis.Consequence The qualified rate of medical device use and the sanitary qualified rate of device use in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group, P<0.05. The patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group in terms of the disease record writing, item management, disinfection and isolation, health education, professional technology and basic care score, P<0.05. The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of responsibility grouping management in operating room nursing management can not only improve the quality of operating room nursing management, but also improve the satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
