【摘要】 目的探讨责任护士-压疮联络员-伤口治疗师三级压疮管理模式临床应用的效果。方法把原有伤口治疗师为主导的压疮管理模式改变为责任护士管理为主,压疮联络员辅助,伤口治疗师指导的责任护士-压疮联络员-伤口治疗师三级压疮管理模式,明确职责。对责任护士进行培训和指导。对压疮管理模式改变前(2016年1-12月)及改变后(2017年1-12月)责任护士考核成绩、压疮图片的判断正确率、压疮好转和治愈率进行比较。结果压疮管理模式改变后护士的考核成绩由81.94分提高到91.5分(P<0.01),压疮照片判断正确率高于模式改变前(P<0.05),压疮治愈和好转率由55.28%提高到74.48%(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论改变压疮管理模式提高了责任护士的压疮理论水平及处理技能,让其体验到职业成就感,调动了他们工作的积极性及学习的主动性,提高了压疮管理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of the three level pressure ulcer management mode of the responsible nurse-pressure ulcer liaison-wound therapist. Methods The management mode of pressure sore dominated by the original wound therapist was changed to the responsibility nurse management, the pressure sores liaison assistant, the responsibility nurse guided by the wound therapist-the pressure sore Liaison Officer-the three level pressure ulcer management model of the wound therapist. Training and guidance to responsible nurses. Before the change of pressure sore management model(1-12 months of 2016) and after the change(1-12 months of 2017), the evaluation results of the responsible nurses, the correct rate of judging the picture of pressure sores, the improvement of pressure sore and the cure rate were compared. Results The score of pressure sore management was increased from 81.94 points to 91.5(P<0.01). The correct rate of pressure ulcer was higher than that of the model(P<0.05). The cure and improvement rate of pressure sores were increased from 55.28% to 74.48%(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The change of pressure ulcer management model improved the responsible nurses’ pressure ulcer theory level and processing skills, made them experience the sense of career achievement,mobilized the enthusiasm of nurses and the initiative of learning, and improved the quality of pressure ulcer management.更多还原
