金银花提取物对肉牛瘤胃体外发酵、挥发性脂肪酸组成及气体产生的影响

【摘要】 金银花是传统的中草药药物,是抗坏血酸和酚类成分的丰富来源。本研究通过体外试验评估金银花提取物对瘤胃发酵、挥发性脂肪酸组成及气体产生的影响。将0.3 g苜蓿干草分别与瘤胃液和缓冲液混合后添加0、3、5、7和9%金银花提取物后孵育,分批发酵培育培养12、24和48 h,以确定产气量、瘤胃发酵特性和微生物种群特性。结果 :各处理组对气体产生及干物质降解率的影响无显著差异(P> 0.05)。孵育24 h后,9%金银花提取物组气体产生及干物质降解率显著线性下降(P <0.05)。孵育12 h后,氨氮浓度随金银花提取物水平的升高而线性升高(P <0.05),但在24 h时呈下降趋势(P=0.06)。金银花提取物可显著降低孵育12、24和48 h瘤胃甲烷产量(P <0.05)。纤维分解菌和产甲烷菌的丰度在不同浓度的提取物中均有降低。结论 :金银花提取物可作为一种瘤胃发酵调节剂来抑制甲烷的产生,同时对瘤胃内的营养物质消化产生最小的影响。

【Abstract】 Honeysuckle is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine and a rich source of ascorbic acid and phenols. In this study,in vitro experiments were conducted to evaluate the effects of honeysuckle extract on rumen fermentation,volatile fatty acid composition and gas production. After mixing 0.3 g of alfalfa hay in rumen fluid and buffer solution,0,3,5,7 and 9% of honeysuckle extracts were added for incubation and batch fermentation for 12,24 and 48 h to determine the gas production,rumen fermentation characteristics and microbial population characteristics. Results :there was no significant difference in the effect of different treatment groups on gas production and dry matter degradation rate(P > 0.05). After incubation for 24 h,gas production and dry matter degradation rate in the 9% honeysuckle extract group showed a significant linear decrease(P< 0.05). After incubation for 12 h,the concentration of ammonia increased linearly with the level of honeysuckle extract(P< 0.05),but decreased at 24 h(P=0.06). Honeysuckle extract could significantly reduce rumen methane production after incubation for 12,24 and 48 hours(P < 0.05). The abundance of fibre-decomposition bacteria and methanogens decreased in different concentrations of extracts. Conclusion :Honeysuckle extract can be used as a rumen fermentation regulator to inhibit the production of methane and have minimal effect on the digestion of nutrients in the rumen.
