紫锥菊对注射蓝耳病病毒仔猪生长性能及机体免疫水平的影响
Effects of Echinacea purpurea on growth performance and immunity of PRRSV challenged weaned pigs
【摘要】 本研究评价了饲粮中添加紫锥菊对注射蓝耳病病毒仔猪生长性能及机体免疫水平的影响。试验选取75头体重相近的21日龄断奶杂交仔猪,随机分为空白对照组、疫苗对照组和试验1、2、3组。适应期为7 d,正式试验时,空白对照组和疫苗对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮中添加1.5%、3.0%、4.5%的紫锥菊粉末。正式试验第1天疫苗对照组和试验组仔猪肌肉注射2 mL PRRSV疫苗,空白对照组注射等量生理盐水,正式试验为期30 d。试验结果 :与空白对照组相比,注射蓝耳病弱毒疫苗(疫苗对照组)对仔猪生长性能无显著影响。与疫苗对照组相比,试验10~20 d,试验2组仔猪ADG增加6.6%(P <0.05),试验1、2、3组FCR分别下降4.8%、5.6%、3.7%(P> 0.05);试验20~30 d,试验1、2、3组仔猪ADG分别增加6.5%、7.5%、5.7%(P <0.05),试验1、2组FCR分别降低5.7%、5.6%(P <0.05)。疫苗对照组仔猪血清中PRRSV特异性抗体在注射蓝耳病弱病毒10、20、30 d后较空白对照组分别增加41、10、73倍(P <0.05),而血清中IgM、IgG浓度无显著变化(P> 0.05)。与疫苗对照组相比,试验第20天,试验1、2、3组仔猪血清中PRRSV特异性抗体浓度分别增加9.3%、22.4%、14.6%(P <0.05),试验第30天,PRRSV特异性抗体浓度分别增加10.3%、15.2%、7.2%(P <0.05),IgM浓度分别增加10.0%、11.1%、7.1%(P <0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加紫锥菊显著促进注射蓝耳病弱病毒仔猪的生长及弱病毒的免疫效果。
【Abstract】 This study evaluated the effects of dietary Echinacea on growth performance and immune level of PRRSV challenged piglets.75 weaned piglets were divided into blank control group,vaccine control group and treated groups 1,2 and 3. The acclimation period was 7 days,after that,the two control group were fed with basic diet,the treated groups added 1.5%,3.0%,and 4.5% Echinacea powder to the basic diet. On the first day of the test,the vaccine control group and the treated groups were intramuscularly injected with 2 mL of PRRSV vaccine,and the blank control group was injected with the same amount of normal saline for a period of 30 days. Results :vaccine control group showed no prominent change in the growth performance of the piglets. Compared with the vaccine control group,in 10-20 days,the ADG of the test group 2 higher by 6.6%(P<0.05),and the FCR of the test group 1,2,and 3 lower by 4.8%,5.6%,3.7%(P > 0.05),20-30 days,the ADG in groups 1,2,and 3 higher by 6.5%,7.5%,and 5.7%(P < 0.05),and the FCR of groups 1 and 2 lower by 5.7% and 5.6%(P < 0.05). In the vaccine control group,the PRRSV-specific antibody in the serum of the piglets higher by 41,10,and 73 times(P < 0.05)after 10,20,and 30 days of injection of virus,while the serum IgM and IgG content were absent obvious changes. Versus the vaccine control group,the serum PRRSV-specific antibody content on the 20 th day of groups 1,2,3 higher by 9.3%,22.4%,and 14.6%(P < 0.05). The antibody content higher by 10.3%,15.2%,and 7.2%(P < 0.05),and the IgM content higher by 10.0%,11.1%,and 7.1%(P < 0.05)on the 30 th day. In summary,the addition of Echinacea in the diet significantly promoted the growth and the immunity of the PRRSV challenged piglets.
