预混料添加量对台湾泥鳅摄食及生长性能的影响

【摘要】 本试验旨在通过研究饲料中预混料不同添加量对泥鳅生长性能和体组成的影响,确定泥鳅饲料中预混料适宜的添加量。配制4组饲料,预混料含量分别为1.2%、1.5%、1.8%、2.1%,饱足投喂,试验期32 d。结果显示:预混料对泥鳅的摄食率及鱼体脂肪含量有显著影响(P <0.05),随着预混料含量的增加,摄食率及鱼体脂肪含量也逐渐增加;预混料对泥鳅的特定生长率、饵料系数、抗氧化能力和消化酶活力的影响均未达显著水平(P> 0.05),但随着含量的增加,饵料系数有下降的趋势,而特定生长率、抗氧化能力和消化酶活力都有升高趋势。因此,泥鳅饲料中预混料的适宜添加量为2.1%。

【Abstract】 In this experiment,the influence of different premix levels on growth performance and the body compositions of Taiwan loach in 32-day feeding trial were studied,aimed to determine the appropriate content of premix in feed. The experimental feeds were divided into four groups. The level of premix respectively was 1.2%,1.5%,1.8% and 2.1%. The results showed that the content of premix had significant effects on the feeding rate(FR) and crude fat content of loach(P < 0.05). With the increase of premix content,the feeding rate and crude fat content increased dramatically. The effects of premix on specific growth rate(SGR),feed conversion rate(FCR) of loach were not significant(P > 0.05). With the increase of premix content,the SGR and WG increased,while the FCR had a downward trend; There was no significant effect on antioxidant capacity and digestive enzyme activity(P > 0.05),but with the increase of premix,antioxidant capacity and digestive enzyme activity tended to increase. According to the comprehensive evaluation,the appropriate amount of premix in Taiwan loach feed was 2.1%.
