饲草藜麦对肉牛生长性能和营养物质消化率的影响

【摘要】 文章旨在研究育肥肉牛饲粮中添加藜麦茎秆对肉牛生长性能和营养物质消化率的影响。试验选择30头健康的西门塔尔杂种公牛,按照体重进行区组设计,随机分为3组,每组10头牛。对照组肉牛饲喂不含藜麦茎秆的饲粮,试验组Ⅰ肉牛饲喂含15%藜麦茎秆的饲粮,试验组Ⅱ肉牛饲喂含30%藜麦茎秆的饲粮。预试期为2周,正试期为12周。试验期间,每天记录肉牛采食量,分别于试验开始和结束测定肉牛空腹体重。正试期第12周进行消化试验,测定营养物质消化率。试验结果表明,饲草藜麦对育肥肉牛干物质采食量和生长性能的影响与添加量有关。育肥肉牛饲粮中添加15%的藜麦茎秆,对肉牛的干物质采食量和生长性能无显著影响(P>0.05),而添加30%的藜麦茎秆显著降低了肉牛干物质采食量和生长性能(P<0.05)。饲草藜麦对育肥肉牛日粮营养物质消化率受添加量影响。育肥肉牛饲粮中添加15%的藜麦茎秆不影响肉牛干物质采食量和生长性能(P>0.05),添加30%的藜麦茎秆显著降低了有机物和粗蛋白质的消化率(P<0.05),对中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维消化率无显著影响(P>0.05)。因此,饲草藜麦可作为育肥肉牛的粗饲料来源替代部分全株玉米青贮,本试验中以15%添加量为宜。

【Abstract】 The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effect of dietary quinoa straw supplementation on the growth performance and nutrient digestibility of beef cattle. A total of thirty healthy cross-bred Simmental beef cattle were selected and randomly assigned to one of three treatment groups with 10 bulls in each treatment group. The beef cattle of the control group were fed a diet without quinoa straw,the beef cattle of the experimental group one were fed a diet containing 15% quinoa straw,and the beef cattle of the experimental group two were fed a diet containing 30% quinoa straw. The pretrial period was 2 weeks and the trial period was 8 weeks. Daily feed intake of beef cattle was recorded during the experiment. The fasting weight of beef cattle was measured at the beginning and the end of the experiment. Digestion trial was conducted at week 8 for determination of the digestibility of nutrients. The results showed that the effect of quinoa straw on dry matter intake and growth performance of beef cattle was related to the addition amount. The addition of 15% of quinoa straw to the diet of beef cattle had no signifi cant effect on dry matter intake and growth performance of beef cattle(P >0.05),while the addition of 30% of quinoa straw signifi cantly reduced the dry matter intake and growth performance of beef cattle(P <0.05). The digestibility of dietary nutrients in beef cattle was affected by the amount of added quinoa straw. The addition of 15% of quinoa straw to the diet of beef cattle did not affect the dry matter intake and growth performance of beef cattle(P >0.05),and the addition of 30% of quinoa straw signifi cantly reduced the digestibility of organic matter and crude protein(P <0.05),but had no effect on the digestibility of neutral detergent fi ber and acid detergent fi ber(P >0.05). In conclusion,quinoa straw can be used as a forage source to replace part of whole plant corn silage for beef cattle. In this experiment,the recommended addition amount of quinoa straw is 15% of diet.
