芘胺对双酚S型邻苯二甲腈树脂固化速率及性能影响
Effect of 1-Aminopyrene on Curing Rate and Properties of Bisphenol S-Phthalonitrile Resin
【摘要】 以芘为原料,合成了芘胺(PA);以双酚S和4-硝基邻苯二甲腈为原料,合成了双酚S型邻苯二甲腈树脂(BSPh)。通过核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)、红外光谱(FTIR)对PA以及BSPh的结构进行了表征;通过FTIR、差式扫描量热仪(DSC)对BSPh-PA的固化机理和固化动力学进行了分析;通过热重分析仪(TGA)、动态热机械分析仪(DMTA)对固化产物的热性能、热氧老化性能和动态热机械性能进行了分析。结果表明,PA对BSPh有较好的催化效果,其中添加了少量(4%) PA后,BSPh的固化峰值温度为241. 0℃;且在氮气气氛中,BSPh-PA固化产物的T5%为453. 9℃,T10%为497. 2℃,Td max为457. 2℃; 1 000℃时残炭量为72. 7%,说明固化产物具有优异的热稳定性。温度从25到400℃时,BSPh-PA固化产物的储能模量从1 485. 4降至857. 7 MPa;且直至400℃,固化产物无明显的软化点。
【Abstract】 Taking pyrene as raw material, the 1-aminopyrene( PA) was synthesized. Taking bisphenol S and 4-nitrophthalonitrile as raw material,the bisphenol S-phthalonitrile resin( BSPh) was synthesized. The structures of PA and BSPh were characterized by hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance(1 H NMR) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR). The curing mechanism and curing kinetics of BSPh-PA were studied by FTIR and differential scanning calorimetry( DSC). The thermal properties,thermo-oxidative aging properties and dynamic thermomechanical properties of the cured products were analyzed by thermogravimetry analysis( TGA) and dynamic thermomechanical analyzer( DMTA). The results show that PA is an efficient catalyst for the curing of BSPh. When the addition of PA is 4%,the peak curing temperature of BSPh is 241. 0 ℃ . In nitrogen atmosphere,the T5%of BSPh-PA cured product is 465. 3 ℃,T10%is 508. 8 ℃ and Td maxis508. 8 ℃ . The residual carbon content at 1 000 ℃ is 72. 7%,which indicates that the cured product has excellent thermal stability. When the temperature is increased from 25 to 400 ℃,the storage modulus of the cured product of BSPh-PA could reduce from 1 485. 4 to 857. 7 MPa. Until 400 ℃,the cured product has no obvious softening point.
