基于CAE技术的汽车塑件注塑成型过程中遗传算法的应用探讨

【摘要】 由于注塑件的质量主要受工艺条件的影响,如何确定最优的工艺条件自然成为提高注塑件质量的关键。随着计算机技术的不断发展,基于计算机辅助工程(CAE)技术的塑件注塑模具设计和工艺参数优化逐渐成为行业主流,而遗传算法作为一种重要的多参数优化算法,在其中扮演着重要角色。通过对塑件注塑成型工艺和相关的CAE技术进行介绍,进一步阐述了遗传算法在汽车塑件注塑成型参数优化过程中的重要应用。

【Abstract】 Since the quality of injection molded parts was mainly affected by the process conditions,how to determine the optimal process conditions naturally became the key to improve the quality of injection molded parts.Plastic mold injection mold design and process parameter optimization based on computer aided engineering( CAE) technology had gradually become the mainstream,and genetic algorithm played an important role as an important multi-parameter optimization algorithm.This paper introduced the plastic injection molding process and related CAE technology,and further expounded the important application of genetic algorithm in the optimization process of automobile plastic injection molding.
