基于自适应神经网络的注塑机料筒多段温度控制精度提升技术研究

【摘要】 注塑机料筒温度是影响产品质量的重要因素,因此在实际生产中要严格控制料筒温度。运用自适应神经网络技术,研究了温度控制系统,该系统利用MATLAB软件通过输入电压偏差e和偏差率ec两个参数计算出系统调节参数;在对料筒分段后不同段落间温度数据会产生耦合,利用解耦方法得到了温度控制解耦矩阵,并利用温度连续变化控制方法设计了加热系统电路控制技术。对注塑机料筒的温度控制精度提升具有一定的指导意义。

【Abstract】 The barrel temperature of injection moulding machine was an important factor to affect product quality.Therefore,the barrel temperature should be strictly controlled in actual production. In this paper,the temperature control system was studied by using adaptive neural network technology. The system used MATLAB software to calculate the system adjustment parameters through two parameters of input voltage deviation e and deviation rate ec. The temperature data between different sections could be coupled after the barrel was segmented,and the decoupling matrix of temperature control was obtained by decoupling method. The circuit control technology of heating system was designed by the method of temperature continuous change control. This paper had a certain guiding significance to improve the temperature control accuracy of the barrel of injection moulding machine.
